Support sales of Intel product through Citrix Channel Partners in a manner that yields a measurable ROI.

Solution

Kinetic hit the ground running, learning everything we could about the Channel Partners, their business goals and challenges. We were able to identify some commonality among the majority of the partners. They were small to mid–size businesses often with no marketing person and while they were experts on the Citrix product they didn’t feel comfortable selling the benefits of the joint Citrix–Intel solution. Working in partnership with both Intel and Citrix, we developed a comprehensive web–based training program that increased the partners' knowledge of the joint value proposition and rewarded them for completing the training with a turnkey marketing program for their business. Using this approach we were able to measure course completions, leads generated and sales success.
