Solution

Working with Master Spas, Kinetic identified the key areas of dealer performance that did not meet the standards set by the brand. Once these areas were identified, we developed a comprehensive dealer reward and recognition program that concentrates on improving dealer performance in these core areas ranging from warranty registration to Better Business Bureau scores. Dealers are kept abreast of their standings on a quarterly basis and the top ten dealers are rewarded with an all–expense paid trip to a luxury destination each year.
