We have all of the same capabilities as any full-service agency, with several key additions to support our dealer performance improvement focus including training development, event management and research. However, what really sets us apart is our approach.

We never assume that we know the answers. Kinetic has developed tools to assess your dealers and identify the drivers behind under performing sales and customer dissatisfaction. But we don’t stop there. Once we’ve determined the underlying cause, we develop and implement programs that increase dealer effectiveness, drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
